What is NFC?

NFC stands for "near-field communication". It is the technology used by Apple and Google Pay. It can be used in a variety of ways and is gaining momentum in marketing.

What type of NFC chips do you use?

We use high-quality NFC chips from reputable manufacturers, such as NXP and STMicroelectronics.

Are returns/refunds available?

You are eligible for a free return if your card arrives physically damaged or if the information on your card is incorrect or not functioning properly. Contact us at info@bondbrandingco.com with a description of your issue, and if valid, we'll send you a new card free of charge.

Bond Branding Company does not accept refunds at this time. Please see return policy above.

How will shipping work?

We Offer FREE shipping on all orders

Orders are processed and shipped within 7 days. Shipping typically takes between 7 to 10 days from the purchase date. If your purchase is delayed, please contactinfo@bondbrandingco.comfor assistance.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders.

Do you offer NFC encoding services?

Yes, we offer NFC encoding services at no additional cost to you. We can program your NFC stickers with any type of data, such as URLs, text, or contact information.

What phones are compatible with NFC?

Compatible phones include models from Apple, Google, Huawei, LG, Samsung, Sony, and others manufactured from 2015 onwards.

What services does Bond Branding provide?

Why is my card not working with my iPhone?

iPhones older than Xs need to have NFC enabled (6s and older don't work at all)

Issues that would prevent an iPhone X or newer to work

- iPhone is in airplane mode

- The flashlight is on

- iPhone screen is off

- The camera is open

Make sure to hold the card on the very top of the back of the iPhone

- It may take a few seconds for your phone to recognize it

Why is my card not working on my Android?

Ensure that the Android is NFC capable

- Listed in our "What phones are compatible with NFC?" FAQ

Make sure NFC is turned in the phone settings

- go to phone settings and search for NFC. Make sure that "NFC" is turned on.

Make sure to hold the card to the very center of the back of the Android

- It may take a few seconds for your phone to recognize it
